As a customer, you acknowledge and agree that we do not issue refunds after the enrollment is made. It is essential to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction. No refund(s)/Cancellations allowed for the payments made for the Vidyalaya School ERP services provided by Sapphire Software Solutions.
Vidyalaya School ERP provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of digital services. These goods are intangible and cannot be returned or transferred once enrollment is completed.
By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that our goods are non-tangible and irrevocable, and you understand and accept our no-refund policy.

Vidyalaya ERP reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.

The Payment Gateway Agreement is established between the "Institute/School" and the "Bank/Payment Gateway Provider." Sapphire Software Solutions or Vidyalaya ERP is not an intermediary in this arrangement.
Sapphire Software Solutions or Vidyalaya ERP does not retain any bank credentials or card details. Its role is limited to redirecting users to the relevant Payment Gateway to finalize their transactions.
In accordance with the agreed-upon terms, payments will be directly received by the "Institute/School" from the user through the Payment Gateway. Sapphire Software Solutions or Vidyalaya ERP plays no intermediary role in this process.
Sapphire Software Solutions or Vidyalaya ERP does not have any direct involvement or strong recommendation for any 3rd party Payment gateway service suggested to Institute/School. Institute/Schools are requested to read all agreement copy carefully including transaction charges, settlement period before signing contract with them.
