Sapphire International School is committed to providing a safe and secure environment where students enjoy learning and recognize their worth, dignity and leadership capacity. SIS has more than 12 buses actively. Sapphire International School approached & worked with many school management software but none of them was able to provide them satisfaction to their needs.
Mr. Dilip George, Principal of Sapphire International School main concern was to track every school bus moving in different areas of city. Apart from that, they want a solution through which they can collect fees online in a safe & secure way. As SIS is one of the prestigious school of Ranchi, due to the communication barrier between parents & school, the question raised on school’s reputation. School management wanted a one-stop solution to all their problems.
Key Components of the Solution
Remote Accessibility
The implementation of a web-based school management software enabled administrators and staff members to manage school activities from any location, at any time. This ensured real-time monitoring and control over campus operations across all branches.
Parent-School Communication
A dedicated School App was developed, providing parents with easy access to relevant school information, announcements, and student progress updates. This facilitated seamless communication between the school and parents, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Fee Management System
An integrated fee management module was introduced to automate the fees management system, generate reports, and streamline financial transactions. This alleviated the burden of manual fee collection and improved transparency in financial operations.
Student ID Integration
Customization options were provided to incorporate barcode integration for student ID cards, enabling efficient identification and tracking of students within the school premises.
Solution
VTS & Online Payment Gateway Integration.
In order to rectify issues of Sapphire International School, we provided them a web-based solution in form of VIDYALAYA school management system along with 5 major integration which includes SMS, mobile application, Tally Integration, Vehicle Tracking System and Online Payment Gateway.
With Vehicle tracking integration school not only tracks the transportation but simultaneously send SMS alert to parents, regarding the pickup and drop point of a child. Apart from that with help of VTS school can have the record of the entire trip & can also keep eye on drivers driving behavior, after all, child’s safety is an important factor involved in school transportation.
With mobile application of Vidyalaya, we bridged the communication between school and parents to easily communicate on the performance and other activity of students. Customization in reports & some modules were also provided to them as per their need.
